Join FiXiT at TAFA 2012
Taking Action for Animals (TAFA) is an annual conference hosted by HSUS that brings together an exciting group of animal advocates. Starting on July 27, the conference will be a resource of new ideas and solutions to help animals in local communities. The speakers are coming from the top animal charities in the country and sharing their experience in the field. It is a great opportunity to meet with people engaged in the same fight. People in attendance are of all ages, animal welfare professionals and volunteers, and range from seasoned to new advocates.
FiXiT will have a table at TAFA, and we will be discussing GetYourFix.org and the GetYourFix national network of volunteers. Make sure to stop by and meet FiXiT board president and co-founder Stephanie Downs! We’ll be supplying our table location on Facebook and Twitter during the event, so stay tuned for that information.
